In 2022/23, the  Club held its first ever ‘Dawn Pallant Memorial' Competition.

Dawn had been a much-loved member of the Club for several years and we were so saddened when she passed away in December 2021. To celebrate her love of photography and great sense of fun, we held a ‘Ladies vs Gents’ competition where images were submitted and selected to compete. 

​

On the night, there was so much gentle rivalry and camaraderie. The judge marked fairly, and amazingly, each team ended up scoring exactly the same number of points! Luckily, there was a contingency plan for if this were to happen, and the winning team was announced as the one with the most top five places. Well done the Gents - we’ll get you next year!!
